It is interesting to note that your gift to me of the feather of Maat should come on my hearthday - Dec 10th. You should know that my full African Name is Nue MaaT Aunk, the spirit works in mysterious ways.

I am most struck by the Blackness of the feather. I am looking at a picture of Maat on my wall as part of the Tree of Life. I notice that while Maat is brown in this picture her traditional colors are blue and white, hmm.

The question presented to me is, what color is the traditional feather of Maat as set forth by the Classical Africans of Kemet/nubia?
