Misdiagnosis and negligent diaganosis is more common than the average layperson is aware of. This video presentation by medical physicians having experienced the latter mentioned, give some insight into how to be critically involved in the care we recieve. Understanding that doctors are not infalliable, and understanding more about our bodies as well as questioning, questioning, questioning those who assist in our medical care may help save our lives.

Has anyone ever told you “you were full of it?” It just may have pissed you off. Perhaps you didn’t take it literally, but if you haven’t detoxified your system in who knows when you probably are operating on overload. This is no reinvention of the wheel information, however, if you don’t know you simply don’t know.

The average individual is functioning with excessive amounts of waste (fecal matter) trapped in their systems. Why? Because the average individual is eating the “standard American diet” or slave diet, which does little more than clog the body, creating dis-EASE. Poor food choices, improper food combinations, minimal pure water intake do nothing to add to the quality of life. On the contrary, these things promote a slow, deteriorating process that makes life a miserable daily chore and saps life with each passing day. Who wants’ to live like that? So take a load off and start eliminating regularly.

A way to identify whether you are in fact “full of it,” is simply to look at how many times you have a bowel movement vs how many times in the day that you eat. For example; if you are eating three meals per day then you should be eliminating three times per day. GET IT? If this is not happening, then you are in fact “full of it.!!”

A lot of folk feel the effects of the overload and deal with band aid fixes. They consume everything and anything their taste buds dictate. So, they’ll go out and get some tum t tum tum’s…lol or some Mylanta, or that pink stuff “pepto bismal, or lactaid. Whatever!! They get a little relief and do the same thing over again. Sad but true. With each passing year, the waist line increases and the stomach becomes a mountain over the belt barely holding the pants over the gluteus maximus. (the backside ) As a result, more visits to the doctor, more medication, more sickness and more deterioration. I know you don’t want remain in this state of existence, even though you have made a laundry list of why “it is what it is.”

Today is the first day of the rest of your life! Making changes is a process, which requires deciding I want to do something different and better than I have before. So heres something really simple you can do to start relieving yourself of all that is backed up in you.

When you wakeup first thing in the morning, get a glass warm pure water, the juice of a fresh lemon, and some extra virgin (cold pressed) olive oil (2 tbsp). If you have a small blender or a regular blender, mix it together and drink it down. The key to this method is that you do this before you put anything else in your stomach. Do it for a week and began to discover what old stuff you’re carrying around. It may even jolt you into making some further changes that will continue this cleaning process, like a better diet in the right combinations. Doing full body detoxification at least a couple of times per year and making pure water a mainstay, instead of a old standby!. So the next time someone tells you your “full of it” it will probably carry a little less weight!!
